Getting to the Convention

Milan is easily accessible via mass transit, taxi, or car so your trip to the Summit couldn't be easier. If you're flying in to attend, Milan has three international airports that are well connected to the city center.

There is a variation of Hotels, Motels, and Hostels


  • Hostels: Shared Rooms that can host 2-8 people starting from €25 per bedroom (bathroom and shower included).
  • Other rooms that cost €45 can host 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 people respectively.

additionally provides breakfast & dinner for the cost of 25 € per person. This hostel accommodates groups of 4,6 and 8 in their rooms.

Single rooms cost from €39 while groups of up to 6 people can be hosted for €15 per extra person, breakfast not included (can be purchased for an additional €7.90 and discounts available for big groups).

N.B: Prices vary according to the dates. Therefore, it is recommended that our attendees make arrangements for accommodations in advance. Please contact us for help/inquiries concerning this.


  • For public transport, the day urban pass solely inside the city of Milan costs 4.50€. It costs 8.7€ to access the outskirts of the city as well.
  • A single ride “urban single ticket” costs 1.50€.
